We ship domestically to England, Scotland and Wales.
Regrettably, we don't currently ship to Northern Ireland or worldwide. We are working on this and hope to offer global shipping very soon, so please check back in future!

We're so excited for you to receive your order! Once your payment is verified, please give us up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. During peak times (like sales and Christmas), it may take a little longer for us to dispatch your Gloop goodies.

On average, it takes 3-5 business days for orders to arrive with you once we've shipped them. We promise it's worth the wait!
We're sorry to hear something wasn't quite right with your order. To start the return process, please reach out to us at gloopcandles@gmail.com with your name, order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we will provide instructions for return.
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is not returned in its original, unused condition.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, providing photos and description of the defect to help us resolve this with you.
If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable, and your item will need to be in its original condition (unused and in the original packaging).

We do have some custom options available! For example, we can work with you on wedding and party favours, products for events, merchandise etc.

Please be aware that we do have minimum quantities when working on bespoke orders, due to the additional time and resources required to fulfil them. We ask that you specify the quantity when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate!
