Shipping
We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping for all orders - this costs £3.99 at checkout.
Regrettably, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland or worldwide. We are working on this and hope to offer global shipping very soon, so please check back in future!
Refunds & Returns
Gloop accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for both UK and international orders.
Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.
If a refund is issued, please note that the original shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount.
